A man has caused outrage on his own on Twitter after revealing that he consumes raw chicken and obsolete steak when it comes to his post-workout meal recovery plan. @BlazenBrady surprised his Twitter colleagues when he shared a photo of his typical diet, with raw steak and chicken sitting next to some bacon. He headlined the post: “Eating after workout: fresh raw chicken, one-week-old steak I left in the fridge, my favorite, bacon, raw butter, milk.”
He continued: “The chicken is not bad at all and tastes good. This food is my normal food that I usually eat all the time, but I mainly eat more chicken fillet, although normally ”.
But wait, are you sure the chicken is cooked? Apparently not. After countless messages sent to Blazen to ask if the diet was legitimate or not, she shared a video of him explaining why he consumes the food he makes and even seems to eat raw poultry.
The video was titled, “Since everyone asks me for a video of eating raw chicken here you have it. And remember that raw raw diet is your natural diet, which regenerates you over time and will make you feel amazing.”

He continued: “It has the same taste. Maybe, it may not be as good, it’s not like an amazing tasting, but it doesn’t taste bad. It is literally your normal diet. Here you are.”
Then he starts biting the raw chicken as he explains, “Two seconds, that’s it. I just eat it every day. I’m not going to lie. I washed it with milk to get used to it when I started because I didn’t like the taste so much, now it’s so much easier. I still make milk because it’s easier to wash it all, but it doesn’t taste bad, brother. I could eat rotten meat, two-week-old meat, brother. ”
