WindRose Health Investors has announced that it has completed a recapitalization of Bluestone Physician Services equity.
Bluestone, based in Stillwater, Minnesota, is a provider of residential primary care services. Founded in 2006, it provides on-site care and coordination services to high-risk geriatric and disabled patients in residential, community, and home settings in four states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida, and Virginia.
New York-based WindRose pursues investments in equity control in healthcare companies. Founded in 2000, the firm invests in a wide range of industry segments, including outsourced services to payers and healthcare systems, technology-enabled services, healthcare service providers and value-added distribution.
The terms of the recapitalization of the equity were not disclosed.
