PALO ALTO, CA – Stanford Children’s Health will begin offering COVID-19 vaccines to children ages 12-17 on Thursday.
The Food and Drug Administration paved the way for those as young as 12 to receive the Pfizer vaccine earlier this week. In a press release, Stanford Children’s Health said it will offer the Pfizer vaccine exclusively to the 12- to 17-year-old age group.
Anyone 18 years of age or older must enroll through Stanford Health Care.
